The problem

A listings marketplace where anyone can post has no quality control by default. Spam, fake listings and abusive users stay live until someone finds them.
The owner has no quick way to see how many users, listings, views and leads exist.
Grievances and call or chat requests come in with no queue, so nobody tracks what is pending or whether the user was told the outcome.
Nothing lets the owner block an account or take down a listing, and nothing stops an admin blocking themselves or another admin.

Who it's for

The site owner and trusted staff, meaning accounts with the admin role
Private access only: no signup anywhere, and admin accounts are created from the terminal
Everyone else is kept out twice: the app redirects non-admins, and the API rejects them with an admin-only error

What it does

Dashboard

Users, listings, views and leads in five stat cards.

User control

Search users and block or unblock them. Admins cannot be blocked.

Listing moderation

Filter listings by status, change it, or delete. The owner is notified.

Grievance queue

Filter by status. Each change notifies the user.

Appointment requests

Approve or reject call and chat requests, with an optional note.

Admin-only login

A login modal with an emailed reset link and an inactivity warning.

Future note

Planned: a bot check on admin sign-in, two-step (TOTP) login, automatic nightly backups, and a way to download all data.
