A seller marketplace with a separate interface for customers, sellers, delivery riders and the admin, covering products, checkout, automatic rider assignment and live order tracking.

The problem

Small local sellers have no cheap way to sell online and deliver fast, and typing a whole catalogue in by hand is slow.
Someone has to assign each order to a delivery person, and that is usually done by hand.
Nothing proves a parcel was picked up and dropped off, which leads to disputes and refunds.
Customers get no live tracking, no clear charges (delivery, surge, handling) and no loyalty reason to come back, and the owner has no single place to control pricing rules, users and orders.

Who it's for

Customers (user): shoppers who browse, search, checkout, track orders and earn rewards
Sellers: shop owners who list and manage their own products and see delivery status
Delivery partners: riders who go online, get nearby orders, deliver, upload proof photos and see earnings
Admin: the platform owner, who signs in at /admin/login. It is not a public role and is hidden from the signup dropdown

What it does

Shop and checkout

Categories, search, cart, wishlist and saved addresses. Pay by UPI, card or cash.

Live order tracking

Follow an order on a live map with WebSocket updates.

Add products by voice or in bulk

Add a product by form, by voice, or in bulk with JSON or images.

Automatic rider assignment

A new order goes to the nearest free rider, who is paid per delivery.

Photo proof of delivery

Pickup and delivery photos are matched. Weak matches go to an admin.

Admin pricing control

Set delivery, surge and handling charges. Every change is logged.
